What a touching story Mimi! I can't imagine what that was like for you. That is
why I am researching my family in hopes of learning some of their stories so
they

won't be lost. I want to learn more about this wonderful city they migrated to
in the early 1900's. There must have been a reason and since they can't tell me
I am learning from all your emails. The more I research and find manifests they
all are coming from Czernowitz!
