Me too, I am very much in love with Czernowitz !!!
But I do not really remember the bad happenings there.
I was 4 and a half only in spring 1945 when we left.
But, like Mimi says, I had a big "brainwash" from my
parents first, then from my aunts and uncles ......
All of them were always dreaming of the beautiful
times in Czernowitz ....... They did not speak a lot about
the war ?!?!
