Actually Germans do eat Mamaliga as Polenta,Kischke as Gefuelter Darm,
Holischkes as Haluschken & Kalbs sueltze. P'tcha made with chicken feet,
chicken soup & garlick.No cholent.
The above I experienced on a visit to Bremen.
