This card sells on E bay for 200 $.
It was issued in Medias ,Rumania in 1947 by a Jewish assistance
association to prove that you were deported .
  They had a President and Secretary.
    How did they verify the deportation ? Witnesses ?
    The Rumanians never issued such cards.
      There were several cards for staying in Czernowitz.
        For going to Transnistria you needed no permit.
         It was free.

do we know about this organization? Do the records of this organization
survive somewhere?
