the essay " From Vienna to Czernowitz " by Karl Emil Franzos.
He comes all the way from Japan to Czernowitz for this.
Yes Hiroshi , this is the town where Franzos lived and wrote.
During the Austrians there also was a Franzos street.
Today you will find it under the name of Ivan Bohun street.
Bohun was a hetman during the Chmelitzki uprising .
He was a big hero.
Emil Franzos was a Jew of Sfaradic descent.
He knew how to write .
