Hi Mordechai,

Griesspaperl is the equivalent of cream of wheat, often boiled in milk to which
our good Jewish mothers added butter, sugar, cacao ect. etc.

I never heard of Rogenschnitzerl.

prepared it just like mamaliga=2C but with semolina instead of cornmeal=
