RE: [[Cz-L] Safa Ivria question

Hi, Leo and Marianne,
The Safah Ivriyah school was a regular primary school (grades 1-4) in which
most of the teaching (full curriculum) was in Hebrew. It was recognized as
a school whose pupils could continue their Lyzeum studies (8 years) after
passing an admission exam. I attended that school located at Faerbergasse 5
for four years and subsequently continued at LEG (Liceul Emanuel
Grigorowitza) until the 1940 Soviet invasion.
