[Cz-L] Czernowitz in 1943

This happened in 1943 to my father ,as he told us later :

I was going down Morariogasse today when a man stopped
me and said : " Documente jidane".
 I looked at him and said:
" Cine mata esti?"
   that is "Who you are ?
  You think I am afraid from you ? I told him.
   I know you not and show me who are you !
   He said : Securitate !
    You think I am stupid ?
    You are securitate like I am a Dorobantz.
    I will tell on you to Teodorescu.
       " Cine mata esti ?
    And the matziornik went away.
   Who do they think they are ?
