We visited the place during our 16-17.9.2012 visit in Czernowitz.
Very impressive site. Both exterior and interior.
Among the decoration worth to mention, is the big tower dome which is
decorated with the "Star of David".
We took a picture so we can share with those who want to see.

The Czech architect Josef Hlavka designed, in 1864-1882, the buildings =

originally the residence of the Bukovinian and Dalmatian Metropolitans. =
The Romanesque and Byzantine architecture is embellished with motifs of =
Ukrainian folk art; for example, the tile roof patterns duplicate the =
geometric designs of traditional Ukrainian embroidery.
