Thank you both for this find, full of juvenile easiness and let me add two assumptions:

1. I guess, it's the semi-monthly student newspaper of the painting school "Cernautian" in Czernowitz, dated May 1st 1924.

2. We are able to identify at least four - teenager - authors:

Nora Gutherz (Article on the painter Moritz von Schwind)
Alfred Kraniuk (My first painting lesson)
Hugo Badian (Wednesday afternoon at the painting school)
E(h)rich Dubowy (Competition easter eggs, Ditta's farewell, miscellanous, anecdotes)
