Thanks Hardy for the "Ringplatz"-Foto...Memiries came back, because I was
there... This is our old Czernowitz, with the corner Postgasse, with the
Konditorei Edelstein, Koenig's "Paper-shop, where we bought all things for
school, also ink, we took with us every day to school.the "Tintenfass", I
guess if somebody of the list knows it
the Falikmann textile-shop,the Heinrich Sekler-shop with the finest
man-wears, but all shops are close, than
"nationalised, confiscated", and the owner deportad to Siberia...."
"Long live our big eliberator" they cried, all the communists saw the
"Villages of Potemkin". the beautiful face of the Sovjet Union, all people
are free, indifferent if Jew or Armenian...
The history shows us other things
