 could somebody create a timeline of events in Bukovina from the
 death of Franz Joseph 1916 until 1919 Rumanian take over:
 1. Death of the Kaiser
 2. New Kaiser Karl
 3. Russian occupations
 4. Refuge in Vienna,
 5. Austrian Victory.
 6. October revolution - Brest Litovsk
 7. Ukrainean free State - Petlyura
 8. The fall of the Empire.
 9. The fate of post war Bukovina.
 10. Rumania in WW1.
 11. Rumanian take over
     Only key facts and dates chronologically
