[Cz-L] The splendor of Czernowitz

Why are we so eager to find and point out the splendor of Czernowitz ?
  It's clear, isn't it ?
  If Czernowitz was so great and famous , we as sprouts of the same
  plantation must have it too, no other way.
   Every article written on this subject we cherish and adore.
   Must be clever these people who pay tribute to our town.
    And so are we who believe it all,
