Re: [Cz-L] Resilience

In answer to both Serah, who is relatively new to the list
and Yosi-Jerry, whom I have known since I was four years old.
We are an Email list of people interested in Czernowitz/
Cernauti/ Czernovtzi/ Chernivtsi.
Some of us are more interested in Czernowitz/Cernauti
as it was, others are more interested in the city as it was or is
under Russian, or Ukrainian rule.
What we write is both subjective and objective, because some of us
experienced life in Czernowitz at one time, some at another
and others only know about life there from books and stories.
Understandably, most of us have both strong emotional ties
to one period or another and are interested and knowledgeable
about different periods and aspects of life in the city.

The correspondence within this list has always been both subjective
and objective. We write about our own experiences and views
and we also write about facts which can be verified from reliable
sources.
I see no harm in disagreements between members of the list,
everyone should feel free to argue for their point of view.
