Who started the idea of "it" being a boy, I think it's a girl. The
background is not a photographer's it's a 1920 furniture and taken at home
- no one walked even in ironed pyjamas wearing shoes and socks in the
street.
Someone said smoking is dangerous, well I'm still at it after 70 years. As
I started before it became known how "dangerous" it is. When I was born,
and later, I never ate tinned food and when I first got it, while in
quarantine I didn't know when the "not later than" date was and surprise
surprise am still here to tell the tale. So many things were unknown then
like Grammerl on Schmalz Brot, fat chicken soup and other such delicacies
like Friedman's Pirogen " "sollen in Butter schwimmen", Pessach food all
eggs and Schmalz, didn't we all love it?? Who knew Cholesterol, who cared
people lived, grew old and died, as we all do.
We had a Member of Kneset, Tommy Lapid, his son is a new Member of Knesset
now. He was Hungarian stout and he said: My friends diet, take care not to
eat too much "unhealthy" food, swim, run and they're all dead. I live and
don't do anything except for enjoying myself, death comes to all.
Reasonable? politically correct? Fact!!!
Regards to all, anny
