[Cz-L] Anny's New Year's Message

Czernowitzers...

On 3 Sept. Anny Matar sent a New Year's message to the group which I
thought more suitable for the Blog than the List. I posted it there on
5 Sept., but in the confusion of the holiday, failed to notify the group
of it's existence.
