 I follow your ukraina journey to the jewish past.
  The 120 EU for the trafic cop is part of his meager income.
   He must support a nagging wife and 4 hungry children
   on a ridiculous salary.
     So heaven arranged to have cars from the West with Euro
  carrying tourists passing by.
