Very tricky:
 Liberation of Transnistria is the most significant feat but it
 has no fixed date and was done as the front advanced in spring of 1944.
  Ghetto establishment day was October 11 but was not the most
   significant day of the end of our jewish Czernowitz.

Is there any one specific date of an event, perhaps liberation from
Transitria which could be used to honor the survivors and memorialize those
who died in the Shoah from Czernowitz. If we could find a specific date,
perhaps an annual group gathering there could be initiated. An idea from the
