Hello Jack,

While your reasons for establishing March 21st as the formal day
of remembrance of Transnistria, are certainly valid and sensible,
this date would not be desirable as a date on which to visit Moghilev.
On this date it might still be snowing, or the generally bad roads
might be covered by thick and sticky "Blotteh" (Ukrainian for mud).
