It's obvious that you've missed out on the Soviet period in Cz history. It
wasn't a matter of choice to attend the "demonstrations" on the
anniversaries of the Great October revolution (November the 7th). Unless you
were a quadriplegic (and had a medical certificate proving that) you just
turned up no matter what!
