STEINBERG (owned glass factory in Lespezi with OSTFELD and RUCHINSTEIN),
FELLER (owned leather business, involved in Comunitate, married into the
family of the founder of CHABAD), SAPIRA (Credincios)

Bucecea: SUHAROVICI (owned sugar factory in Botosani with MEIROVICI)

Burdujeni: RUCHINSTEIN (partner in glass factory in Lespezi with STEINBERG
and OSTFELD, related to Amalia Ruchinstein Rosen - husband was chief rabbi
of Romania.

My husband is a descendant of ELERANT, KREIMER, KUSHNIR.

I am a new member to this group. I am searching for a family that moved
from Lipcani, Bessarabia to Jucica just before the German invasion. The
father was in charge of egg preservation and distribution to the Soviet
military at a food distribution center in Jucica. The family house was near
an airport in Jucica. There are unconfirmed reports that the some family
members were deported to the Bar Concentration Camp. The three daughters
evacuated with their factories and survived. The parents, Haim and Sheiva,
and their young son, Usher, disappeared without a trace.

Surname: ELERANT OR ELERGANT (variations on spelling - Olerant, Olergant,
Alerant, etc.)
