The interesting picture for me is the Postcard written and the Address is
"Lager 1.." Our maids went back "in die Heimat". Although they've never
been there. One of the two a simple girl who learned reading with me in my
first grade said that she knows she'll be lucky to work for people like us.
the second - the "intelligent"? one said: The Fuehrer prepared housing for
us and everything 'from the smallest to the largest pots, pans, beddings
and all are ready waiting for us. Boy, will she have a surprise waiting for
her.

You can't ever compare deportation to "return to the Fatherland". We were
sent to the slaughter!
