  Hotel restaurant Belvue - Ringplatz -
   Czernowitz -turn of the century- 1902 ?
     Between Herrengasse annd Rathausstrasse.
   No better place in town.
    Street to street balcony !
     You can stroll up and down the balcony !
     Facing North and the Ringplatz Fiakers and horses.
     And crowds of people who came to envy you for
     being able to afford staying there .
       Looking down on the epicenter of the Kulturmetropole !
