[Cz-L] Lists of Spa Guests to Carlsbad

who drew my attention to the Lists of Spa Guests to Carlsbad, provided by "Kramerius", the National Library of the Czech Republic. Alex wrote:

"The National Library of the Czech Republic has, in addition to WW1 Casualty, POW, Sick, and Wounded lists, lists of visitors to the spa in Carlsbad.  These records are not viewable to the public and only partial information is seen on the website. I contacted the library for an extract of information on Alter Faust from Rohatyn and received that and a few others from Rohatyn for free and with English translations."

I've discovered among the spa guests in June 1884 Joseph Hausthor, retailer, and his wife Bertha from Rohatyn in Galicia, almost sure related to me. I've posted these documents, including the link to "Kamerius", at our ehpes.com Blog:

Actually, an impressive number of documents is online available and I'm encouraging you, to check this excellent data base (DjVu plug-in from Caminova required). Enter your search keyword into the "Advanced Search" by clicking "Only public documents". The Keyword combination "Czernowitz" + "Carlsbad" leads f. i. to about 800 Czernowitzers, who took the waters of Carlsbad. Your ancestors too?
