Dear Friends,
I just viewed this wonderful documentary on our ehpes.com blog. Excellent! Congratulations to Sylvie and Marla for sharing their stories so well.
To Carolyn, Merle, Sylvie and others - I discovered that captions are already available in this video. Hover your cursor over the lowest part of the video window and you will see the symbol "cc" appear. Click on "cc" (=closed captions) and you will see several choices. You can choose "French (automatic caption)" or "Translate Captions". In the latter case you then choose the language from another pop-up menu, click OK, and the translation (though pretty rough) appears at the bottom of the screen.
I think the French captions are pretty accurate, but a better French speaker than I may know better.
All the best,
Bruce

Yes, Carolyn - that would be a great idea!

Hello:
I am willing to translate part of the document "Les Arpenteurs" into
English. However, I have a really hard time hearing all the French on the
video. If there is a transcript in French I can translate. I think it would
be possible if there were 4 or 5 of us who could each take a section of the
transcript. I would volunteer for that. Thanks, Carolyn Werley
