I've updated my previous post "The "Czernowitz Imperial-Royal I. State Gymnasium" Graduates 1850-1913" at

by adding three excellent photos of the State Gymnasium, taken by Irene Fishler in May 2011, displaying the actual general view of the school and the commemorative plaques for

• Karl Emil Franzos (1848-1904)
• Mihai Eminescu (1850-1889)

two former prominent students of the State Gymnasium. Thank you so much, Irene, for your contribution!
