Dear friends,
Thank you for your interest for the reconstruction works of the Sadagora Temple, which I illustrated by my posting at our ehpes.com Blog
http://ehpes.com/blog1/2013/08/14/there-are-good-news-from-sadagora/
Actually, it's our mutual friend Christian, who visited Sadagora and reported by his posting
on the works on August 13, 2013. Coincidentally, molbuk.ua from Ukraine reported on the same day on the works
and the online translation - by Google Translate - of their report leads to the following information:
"Began restoration of synagogues in Sadhori
Already last month of repair and restoration work in Sadgorskiy synagogue. Chernivtsi company-contractor "Verhbud" promises to complete all the year, if timely funding.
- Our company "Verhbud" won the tender for the repair and restoration work in the synagogue, - says Sergey foreman Shmalko. - All builders - the fifth-sixth places. Many of them were abroad and has experience in restoration and rehabilitation works. We are working on two projects developed by Israeli architect and design institute of Lviv. Currently, our coordinator, Chernivtsi architect Jaroslav Kordunyan brings these projects together. Each stage of the coordinate, pictures smallest details and send pictures to Israel.
- Every day in the synagogue is 13-14 persons. A month had quite a lot, says Mr Sergei. - Started to restore order: taken seven KAMAZ debris cut down bushes, grass pokosyly. Did reinforced concrete floors on the outer towers. Now began to recover Merloni on the upper perimeter of the building. All they will be 74. Merloni wall of red bricks - the color of the walls, but they should be even pidmalovuvaty German paint quality. There is a very sophisticated technology of restoration of old bricks, which will follow. After all the procedures it will look like new.
Recently visited in the synagogue of the Jewish head of the religious community "Ruzhin Sadhora" Joseph Moshe Shalom Freedman and renowned Israeli architect Aaron Osterayher. They were happy made. Promised to soon send the second tranche - up to three million.
In winter it is necessary to cut the roof. We are very much expensive arched windows, which may produce the Kiev firm. They are metal-topped tree with mosaic glass.
- Really complete all work for the year. But it depends on sponsors and funding - says Mr Sergei. - I do not want to stop, because we have entered into overclocking. We are waiting for the money.
History of

Despite significant damage Hasidic holy Sadhory a historical value as the original iconic monument of Judaism in Ukraine."
