Dr. Sandberg was the most prominent emergency doctor during the early 1930s in Czernowitz. Entering "Sandberg" into the search engine of the archives of "Der Tag" at

http://dertag.forenworld.com/index.php

will lead to at least 13 entries, which are reporting on Dr. Sandberg's rescue operations. Look for the respective transcription and/or use Google Translate for a translation.
