Re: [Cz-L] Mural inscription above the entrance to the "Groisse Shil" in Czernowitz

Hi all,
This Hebrew plaque indicates the year of synagogue foundation. The picture
is not so clear, so I can decipher the first 2 letters only (which brings us
to the range of 1740 to 1839).
If anybody has a better resolution picture, please send it to me and I'll
try to narrow the range.
