Hi Hardy. If that's the case you can say it means - ה' תקנט which is
1000 + 240 + 400 + 100 + 50 + 9 = 1799

1000 is always added instead the 5000, 240 is for מר (from crist birth
become bitter for Jews). I hope I am right. Asher.
