Dear All,
* *I am lately one of the 'silent members', since I am too much involve=

finishing a book, and have no time for other activities. I read
occasionally some of the member's mail, and hope to have in future more
time to dedicate to read and write about the issues that interest the
Czernowitzers. I believe that there is no other 'Landsmannschaft,' like
ours; I am proud of being one of them, and I present myself always as such.
Sometimes I wonder that our town is known all over the world by people you
would not expect knowing about it.
I took the the opportunity to wish all of you a Happy and Healthy New Year
to express some of my thoughts about Czernowitz and its Jewish citizens.
