There is a new German book by Ferdinand Schoeningh titleD "BLUTIGER JULI." (Rumaeniens Vernichtungskrieg und der vergessene Massenmord and den Juden 1941.
The author focuses on the massacres that took place in N. Bukovina and N. Bessarabia.
