I think the text reads :

"Gewidmet von deiner Schwester und Schwager samt Kinder "

Translation:

"Offered ( given , dedicated) by your sister and [your] brother-in-law
[together] with [their] children"

I wish there will be some additional expertise.

Shula has sent along a photograph of a postcard front from days gone by. On
the left side is badly faded script in German which I have tried to bring up
to something readable.
