Hardy: That is really a beautiful photo with gorgeous colors. Reminds me
of line from a poem by Edna St. Vincent Millay : "Thy woods this autumn
day that ache and sag and all but cry with color....."
Was that photo taken recently? Not that it matters because whatever
happened to Czernowitz over the years, the seasons probably remained the same,
unless global warming has changed them. No wonder my dad described his life
in Czernowitz (in the early 1900s) in superlatives.
