[Cz-L] A warning from the past.

While cleaning the wall of her house on Golovna this woman discovered
an old inscription she was not able to read.
  After reporting this to the Faculty of History they sent down a team and
 deciphered the inscription. It read:

" If Ehpes bloggers will not write Plain Text the readers
   will not always get message."
 
  Nobody understood this cryptic message so they forwarded it to Kiev .
