The piece of paper which supposedly indicates that the wall
it is stuck on is protected by the Orthodox Church against evil,
looks to me as if it is produced in the hundreds.
Anyone could have obtained it and attached it to the wall.
Whether it was meant to protect the building, or to show that it is
no longer
a Jewish place of worship, but rather in Ukrainian ownership,
matters little and cannot be proven one way or the other.
