[Cz-L] The Forgotten Honorary Citizen of Czernowitz from Cieszyn

I do owe you the remaining stages of my motorcycle journey. You assume, once I left Krakow on 21.10.2013, there is no more connection whatsoever to Czernowitz and Bukovina? Error! In Cieszyn we "meet" Emanuel Alois Ziffer (1833 - 1913), the "Father of the Bukovinian Railroad System" and a - forgotten - honorary citizen of Czernowitz:
