Not knowing Ukrainian I do not know whether it says "cult"
rather than "religious practice in Ukrainian as well.
whoever composed the English inscription, clearly did not
know English very well.
We ought to write to the responsible people, either rabbi Kofmanski
or rabbi Glissenstein and make them aware of the mistake.

As to Heine: He was a great poet and a clever critic,
but he was completely wrong when he ascribed he faults
of Jewish way of life at his time to the Jewish religion.

I am now in Bolivia and after the "day of the dead" and "all saints day"
I am quite aware of the relatively good common sense of the Jewish religion.
