[Cz-L] My twin grandmothers

I have been on a mission to find my grandmother and her twin sister's birth certificate. The twins were called Nellie and Anna Schiffmann, but I've been told that Nellie's real name was Olga. Their mother's name was Rebeka Usher and their father's name was Chaim Leib Schiffmann. They lived on Springbrunnerstrasse in Czernowitz. I have found their sisters Gusta and Jeanette's birth certificates as well as their brother Benno's. I have even found two other siblings that died in infancy. The twins said they were born in 1898 but from my research 1894-1896 is more likely. I have searched and searched the Czernowitz databases, does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Ellen
