You're lucky Yiddish teacher is probably Chaim Gininger;
I am working together with his niece, Edith.
The Giningers left Cz to the USA in the late 1940's

In the 18- th middle school we had a female chemistry teacher .
 I don't remember her name but we called her Tante Valencia.
  Because she taught us about why atoms combined the way they do.
  Because of the valences. Each element has its valences.
    Our teacher also had valences.
    This is why she married our beloved Yiddish teacher Gininger.
       Because of his valences.
