In the book "*A* Jewish History" by Johnston (I underlined "A" because*
think it significant, so many stories? were written that I found A
significant) he mentioned that "even the Germans! were surprised at the
brutality used by Romanian and Ukrainian soldiers.*
*The Eustace, I was told by* Serbian freedom fighters said the same. I am
certain that looking into every country occupied you'll find the same.
France lives under the Myth of "la grande resistance, le
Maquis(spelling?)" which, many French say, has been glorified by
deGaulle more it existed.

Anyway I am asking my daughter, whose life companion is one of the guides
to the Polish concentration camps, to translate it into Hebrew and see
whether, at last!, Romania can be included in his work. I have been asking
for it for a long time but now I have this paper and I hope he'll ask for
the booklet to promote the forgotten plight of Romania and bring it on the
map. He is well versed and works very hard that the Holocaust not be
forgotten.
Thank you, as always, anny
