[Cz-L] Commemorative Plaque for Emanuel A. Ziffer, "Father of the Bukovinian Railroad System"

Repeatedly I reported on Emanuel A. Ziffer, the "Father of the Bukovinian Railroad System" and honorary citizen of Czernowitz, born in Cieszyn/Sielsia 181 years ago today, on 23.01.1833. Thanks to the sedulous activity of my friend Paul Brascanu, a dedicated railroader and researcher, a commemorative plaque for Emanuel A. Ziffer will be erected in Vatra Dornei coming Saturday.
