[Cz-L] Czernowitz BMD Records Index

Does anyone know what is going on with the above service?
I have have submitted orders twice in the last few weeks and never received a response.
This is very different from my previous experience with them when they would acknowledge receipt of an order within a day or two and e mail the digital scans promptly.
