[Cz-L] advice

Hello listmates:

For the sake of leaving no stone unturned, let me ask:

I know about the Czernowitz Birth-Marriage-Death index/records.  Is there any way, even if it involves paying a researcher a (modest/moderate) fee, to obtain similar information for towns nearby Czernowitz--in particular Rarancea (seems so close it would have the same vital records system but I guess not) to the northeast and Storojinet, just a bit southwest?  Thanks for your advice.  Carolyn
