[Cz-L] A new library in Czernowitz

Some things do not change. Czernowitz is still a bookish city. Today Euromaidan activists opened a public library in the second floor of the occupied regional administration. Thanks to my friend Tetyana, a copy of Paul Celan's poetry will be available there as well.
