[Cz-L] Rumanian achievements.

  Parade of Rumanian achievements in 1942.
  They had many achievements:
1. Burning of Tempel,
2. Shooting of Jews
3. Ghetto
4. Deportation
5. Odessa
   But their biggest achievement was in November 1942 on the Stalingrad
front :
   the Rumanian troops sector gave way to a Soviet break- through that
caused to an
    encircling of the Von Paulus Army and the turning point of the war.
