Thank you for your question. Look for the Czernowitz Address Directories for the years 1936, 1927, 1914, 1909, 1898 at

1936:

scroll down to the bottom of the respective post and download the directories as Excel files! Doing so and processing the databases by Excel (or Numbers for Mac), you'll have each and any search, sorting and filter options. There is no limitation whatsoever in compiling personalized reports.
