Dr Bursuk

According to my cousin Misha, more than a hundred of people (mostly
belonging to the dwindling Jewish community) gathered on Friday for Dr
Bursuk's funeral.

People spoke of their loss and what an irreplaceable void Dr Bursuk's
passing has created.

The snow has melted, it's slippery and dangerous to walk on the streets of
Chernivtsy.
Dr Bursuk's passing has added to the general atmosphere of doom and
glum resulting from the political and economic uncertainty.

That what my cousin Misha, the insider, reports from our home town.

A question to my classmate Bob (Boris) Bricker: are we still going to Cz
this June?
