My paternal grandmother was also a Reisch, also from Rewna.
Her father's name was Hersch, most certainly not of noble descent.
Occasionally her name was spelt "Resch", which makes me think
that the name originated from the Hebrew letter "resh".
Raisch is quite a common name in Austria, possibly pronounced Ra-isch.
In the list of German and austrian nobility names I could not find
the name Raisch,
but possibly a common man named Raisch, became a count in Rewna.
