In the Siebenbuergerstrasse was a public primary school for girls, ,in the
Austrian time, My mother went there and I have a picture from
the 1 grade, 1898. And in the Herescul;Gasse was in the Austrian time
"Lehrerbildungsanstalt" also there was my mother 1901/1908
In the Romanian time was there the Liceul ortodox de fete, none Jewish girl
could enter there.,
but the bacalaureat/comission for all 3 girls schools was in that school ,
me too.

Dear Hardy,

Can you or anybody assist me in locating the name of the school sited on
Siebenbuergerstrasse on the corner of - or close to - the Kathedralengasse
(just diagonally opposite to the Franz Josephs Platz) (I did their in
1940/1- for the 2nd time, of course, after the first time in the
MeislerSchule, the First Primary class).
Also the name of the School in Heresculgasse - a few buildings away from the
Uniwersitaetsgasse) (I did their the 5th primary class in 1944/5).
Does anybody have a photo of these school buildings?
